Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff…and it’s all small stuff by Richard Carlso, PH.D.(1997) is a great coffee table book that reminds us to slow down and enjoy life. It’s packed with stress management and personal growth tips and techniques. The sections are only a page or two long and range from “Be Aware of the Snowball Effect of Your Thinking” to “Lighten Up.” The book preaches mindfulness, thoughtfulness, and humility. It is an enjoyable casual read that aids in reminding us of what is most important.
